Cookie cutters are not really used at my house for cutting cookies, rather for so many other things!   Depending on the Holiday, it could be a shamrock, a bunny, a star or tree.   Today I offer a Christmas Tree inside a Christmas Tree. Supplies needed are; Metal cookie cutters Music Sheets Glitter Glues Sisal mini Trees Twine or ribbon scissors and/or a cutting tool paint brush Dremel tool or sharp nail & small hammer My main focus was to make these as hostess gifts I will give at parties and events of the season .   First step is to punch or drill a hole in the top of the cookie cutter (ornament) to allow it to hang.    If you cannot do this, you can simply thread ribbon through the top portion and tie into a loop. Since when are Christmas Trees funky? Part One Jean here today, threw you off?  I usually post on Sundays but SURPRISE! This project had its challenges.   Not from the Activa product but from me!!   My camera died in the middle of taking photos and I had to stop progress to allow for battery charging! I am here to show you one way to make a Tree using FastMache from Activa Products.   The funky comes in when I paint it, not your Grandma's tree!!! I was so pleasantly surprised to find the Activa product remarkably easy to use.   Just add water and off you go! It is sort of like making pie crust when  you do a slab version like I did.   I have worked with clay (the mud kind) through the years and felt comfortable with this.  It has qualities that differ slightly from mud but overall easy to work with. Living in a very dry Arizona, I found that I had to add a tad more water than the 'recipe' called for.   BUT I was caut...
