I chose Arizona as the locale and the Salt River as the body of water. It may or may not be true, but that is what the picture said to me. Lucky Friend Card

Watercolor Tag Featuring the New Tag Pad!

Hmmmm, where will all this good stuff lead...? Today I have made a giant tag using the new "Tag Pad"  that Altered Pages now carries.  The paper is quality watercolor paper and  I LOVED working with it.    I am going to keep the commentary as short as possible and let the pictures do most of the talking (this should be interesting.)   A detailed supply list is provided and the end of this post.  Background created first with palette knife, gesso and punchinella.    I was too excited and forgot to snap a pic before I began painting.    Picture all of those circles started out white.  ;-)       The color was achieved by using watercolor and then a bit of   white and black acrylic around the edges.   The acrylic was just finger painted on.  This next pic is the back of the tag.    Now, pretty from both sides.  This is vintage text applied ...
