Hi everyone it's Danie here today, sharing some play time in my journal and teaming up with Sin City Stamps. This month we are sharing projects that include those wild and enchanted little folk known as fairies.   I've been hoping to meet a fairy most of my life and although I tried to stay up as a youngster to catch a glimpse of the Tooth Fairy and searched and searched all around the garden I have never seen one. Hence why I want to go where the Wild Things are, as I am sure if they are going to be found anywhere it would be there. So with this thought I grabbed out my Large Dylusions Journal to play and experiment with my new Pan Pastels.  All the color on this page is Pan Pastels, for the added definition and details I have used the magical technique known as Popping Pastels which is where you stamp or add detail (in this case draw) with a clear medium such as Versamark Ink and then rub color over the top to reveal the image/design.  You can see I have used...

Cover of the book! To add additional pages inside the book I used the cover as a template and cut several sheets from heavy cardstock.  Inside cover and second page. Using contrasting papers for the stem and top. Third and fourth pages Pages are embellished with  Fairy Dolls Collage Sheet  and Little Fairies Collage Sheet  images. Vintage sheet music, paper flowers and Dew Drops! Fifth page and inside back cover.
