Today I am playing with another of the Smeared Ink Steampunk Grumpies with Altered Pages products! When I showed this card to my husband he said I needed a yellow submarine... at first I didn't get it then I realized this little Octogrump has his own little garden of gears!!! Color the Smeared Ink digi Octogrump with Chameleon Pens, fussy cut, add rhinestone eyes with Tacky Glue . Attach the mat and background paper to the card base, lay the white netting from Mermaid Fantasy Muse Kit and add embellishments. Ink the white Bazzill Edges Mini with blue before attaching with Tacky Glue. Ink the upper left corner of the card lightly with white ink. Attach dew drops , Anchor and seahorse with Tacky Glue.
