To start remove the wire hanger for easier painting.... save if as it will be reattached in the end. Prime the wooden angel with gesso ! Paint the angel with Pink Glamour Dust Ultra Fine Glitter Paint, let dry. Cut arms and face from Altered Paper Dolls Collage Sheet . Using VersaMark on the arms heat emboss with clear embossing powder, repeat a couple of times (this stiffens the paper). Stamp image of Eiffel Tower on tissue, heat emboss with clear embossing powder and adhere to the angel body. Attach arm with Tacky Glue Use Duo to attach Gold Leaf Foil . Adhere face from Altered Paper Dolls Collage Sheet to head. Ten attach Dew Drops to wings and head. ...
