Love is all over ~ Share it!

Love comes in many sizes and shapes. Plain Paper Mache at 90% off last year "after" sales. The Procrastinator's Project

  "You need 30 candy gifts for class? Tomorrow?!?" "I overheard at lunch that my co-workers give out Valentine's Day treats. I need 20; stat!!"   Whether we mean to, or not, "surprise" projects can catch us off-guard, unprepared. Sometimes the thought of one more task after the Christmas season, is unthinkable.  I read a blog post recently on crafting burnout and can identify with it. My weariness when my therapeutic art and craft sessions became a job, robbed me of the joy I had associated with my creativity sessions.  I borrowed a idea from the past to turn that stress into a procrastinator's easy-peasy project. It's a Celebration

Leslie-Rahyes Hippity Steampunk Easter BLOG HOP.... Here is our paper and fiber project, you must see all the others by using the links. This project was created with Alteredpages collage 1732 Steampunk III The images were placed using our double side 1/4 inch  tape onto Glitz paper from the Laced with Grace 8X8 paper pad. In addition, metal corners were added, along with tulle embroidered with flowers.  Miscellaneous fabrics. were added including cheesecloth and canvas with metal mesh sewn in place.  Papers, metal corners and tapes may be found at http://www.alteredpages.com/ . The wise little girl in her bonnet states that anyone can "Flip the switch to SPRING"!
