Here we are again having fun with Altered Pages collage sheets and Protector Pages !! In this post, I am sharing some of my beginning stages of my ATC's for my Altered Pocket Page which I am calling "Traveling".  My very first steps were to reprint collage sheets as my previous ones ended up flooded under a whole cup of hot black coffee!  Bummer- I lost my whole cup of coffee! teehee I mean-I have to laugh right? Back to the printer and then,so what if I had to re-cut all of my images! This glitch could have been worse- what if the atc's were completed? Argh! Oh well! Today I am sharing with you, my upcycled lantern using M-D Hobby & Craft Metal Sheet and vintage Geisha collage sheet from Altered Pages. I used photos of different angles so you could see all of the beautiful Geishas used on my lantern.   Hello Thursday and welcome AP blog followers!   Time for my first post this month using our partner product-M-D Hobby&Craft -Aluminum Metal Sheets. After cutting my sheet to size with tin snips, I  painted the metal with acrylic paint and covered the edges with craft tape.   Next I  cut out a fairy and friend from AlteredPages collage sheet- Little Fairies-AP1554  .  The graphic was fancy cut , then glued to black cardstock and the cutout again, leaving a bit of the black around the edges for dimension. Next I coated the fairy and friend with gloss varnish. My next step was to color my AlteredPages Flower Trim from green to a matching blue.     Time to audition my pieces   My finished Springtime Fairy atc!  Jackie here, back again with another piece of my art featuring Stencil 1.  Two weeks ago I used two of the other birds in my   Birds 3-pack-2 layers stencils from Stencil 1 . This week I have used the third bird in the set-the hummingbird on my mixed media canvas,titled "The Hum of the Wings"  These stencils are pretty awesome because they come with the 2 layers,one open as well as one detailed stencil.
