Altered Pages 2016 Highlights in Review - Pt. 2

As the year comes to a close w e are giving you a little recap and  in spirational look back at The Altered Pages Design Team creations over the past year.  Yesterday, Trish got us started with previous blog posts and projects created.  I thought I would continue that theme and do a sampling of some of the amazing products  that  we have had fun with this year.  No one compares to the collage database at Alteredpages.com .  It is just incredible and we are adding more frequently.  This is one of my all time favorites.  (1009 Ephemera) We have a great selection of Embellishments  too. Who doesn't love Giant Gems?!?! Alteredpages.com has a vast array of rubber stamps  and we expanded on that in 2016, by working in conjunction with  Faerie Song Art Stamps...  And, Rubber Stamp Depot   We combined Altered Pages products  with lovely Gypsy Soul Laser Cuts.    ...

Altered Pages 2016 Highlights in Review

Let us all look back upon the creative awesomeness this past year on the AlteredPages  blog with our Design Team. In January  1/2/16  Lyneen Jesse created super cute "Not a Red Valentine Tag" with soft pink. February  2/15/16  brought fairy magic with Trish Alger's shaker reverse canvas  "Lucy On the Moon". Judy Wood whipped up March  3/7/16   fun with  "Acrylic Stamping". "Creating a VELADORA" shined a light on Trisha Neal in April  4/7/16 . Fabulous techniquing ( I'm sure that is a word ) was demonstrated in May  5/26/16   by Danie May in  "Packing Tape Postcards". June  6/13/16  belonged to Barbara Rankin with  "Father's Day Card From a Daughter". Stephanie Siatta kicked off July  7/1/16  and Dixie Belle chalk paints for "July Begins with Dixie Belle Paints". Altered Artist Mini Tag Booklet

Hi everyone!  Barbara here with my last post as part of the  Altered Pages  design team.  I am saddened to leave this fabulous group, but never fear, I've been asked to come back on occasion as a guest designer, and I happily agreed!  I decided to make a cute little accordion style mini note book with tags using simple coin envelopes. And, best of all, these are so quick and easy to make.  I love quotes and used some on the back of my tags, along with some fab collage images for the tag fronts.  Altered Pages has a great selection of collage images, too!    Cut a strip of gray card stock 2-1/2" wide by 11" long.  Use a scoring tool, like the  Scor-Pal , to score at 1", 1-3/8",  5-1/2", 5-7/8", and 9-3/4".  Cut off excess paper at the 9-3/4" score line.
