Hi everyone. Robin here today. In the last 10 years or so I have really come to appreciate the beauty of Egyptian art and the grandeur of this ancient civilization. There is much debate about how the actual builders of the pyramids lived, but there is no doubt at all about its historical significance. My project today for Altered Pages is an homage to the Pharaohs.
I made a full size collage of 7.5 x 10.5, which is the size of the 9 cards before they are cut out. Final card size is 2.5 x 3.5. The now retired On The Nile Mailbox Muse kit came with a sheet of images on clear acetate. I ran the page through my sticker maker and added them to the outside of the pocket page.
As you scroll through these photos, see if you can pick out which one is the coin envelope. Answer is down at the bottom of the post along with the completed pages. Each of the ATC-sized cards has all four sides dipped in black ink, but it doesn't show on every photo because of how they were scanned.
The front and back of each card is shown here. I hope you enjoy the photos!
Products used in this project:

...and of course, a protector page to hold it all!

I missed putting the Mailbox Muse On the Nile rubber stamps on the list of products used. The whole kit is gone, but you can still order the beautiful stamps!
