Glitzy Mystery Women

Good Morning, leslierahye here for our bimonthly Friday play date!! I have been playing with lots of glitz goodies and the EcoArtBoard Artist Trading Card Blanks along with the beautiful new Feeling Mysterious Collage Sheet. EcoArt boards are super sturdy and thick and are great for piling on heavy embellishments and chunky items!! Grab your favorite glues and let's play!!

for this project you will need
favorite adhesive, mulberry roses and ribbon

I printed off this beautiful new collage sheet and with Beacon 3in1 attached it to the EcoArt board. Next I edged the cards with my Black Paris Ink...perfect for these beauties. I Glitzed it up with the Glitzers which are clear stickers in frames and banners with BLING attached to them!!! Finally I added a ribbon, Prima Mulberry Rose and a GIANT Glitz Bling with my Fabri-tac from Beacon--it is perfect for grabbing these items and keeping them on the ATC! I love how beautiful my mysterious ladies turned out and the EcoArt Board was perfect for keeping them looking like mini canvases!

Thank you for looking!!~leslierahye

Handy Tip for Artists, Recyclers and Neat Freaks! I have a follow-up to the Citra-Sol method for creating fabulous background pages and collages.   I bought a big bag of navel oranges and realized I had the ingredients to make my own solvent!   Simply take a clean glass jar, peel the rind from the oranges and place all the rind/peels, without the pulp (tangerines, oranges, navels) into the jar.   Pour enough vinegar over the peels to cover them.    Allow the jar to sit for a week or two and VOILA!     You have made your own solvent for literally pennies.    You will notice the liquid getting a bit thicker than the plain vinegar and it does not smell bad!!! I now have a  HUGE jar on the window sill!       Be careful and only use this after testing on a safe spot.
