Hats Off To You

Hello!  Dianne here.  I love the color-themed collage sheets from Altered Pages.  For this card I used an image from #1855D - Beauty in Blue.  Don't you just love the big hat?  Along with the computer-generated sentiment "Hats Off To You My Friend", this is the perfect congratulatory card.   A bit of sewing,  paper doily and a sprinkling of glitter add interest.  I also stamped the image using a great script stamp.  This would make a quick and easy card for a deserving friend!
