Every youngster deserves a private stash place. I rescued this kiddo tool box from a yard sale. This is a work in progress.
Here are the supplies (so far):
Discarded box
Skull Stencil
Art Anthology Texture Paint
Black Gesso
Skull Ribbon
Red Ink Spray
I wanted to preserve the painted name. Too Precious...
Time to black gesso the first stencil layer...
We need some more to scare away any trespassers.
Some red Art Anthology for the next layer...
Awesome!!!
I added some grey Art Anthology to hide the raw wood...
I added some mineral powder for shading and red inked a skull ribbon...voila:
Thank you for watching my treasure preservation. Join our awesome Design Team for more boxing fun this October.

ReplyDeleteWAY SPOOKY. A really fun way to hide those private treasures. The techniques you do are always so interestingly creative.
