I cannot finish our month of "Love Makes the World Go Round" without including Paris!  The city of LOVE.  Plus Paris is one of my favorite themes!   Supplies: Altered Pages Collage Sheet Young Lovers Altered Pages Vintage Paris image Prima 6x6 paper pad Brown Ink Card Base Cardstock Glue stick Double sided tape Foam Mounting Squares Wink of Stella Tacky Glue Little Birdie Flowers Heart Pins German Foil Heart Ribbon Cut mat for card from Prima 6x6 paper pad , with Brown Ink  edge the mat, attach to card with Double sided tape .  Adhere the Young Lovers image to card stock with   Glue stick and fussy cut. With Brown Ink  edge the vintage Paris Postcard, attach to card with Double sided tape .  Attach the Young Lovers with Foam Mounting Squares . Paint her dress with Wink of Stella to add a bit of sparkle to the lovers! In the lowers right with Tacky Glue  attach Little Birdi...

I DREAM OF PARIS.... So by now you may have gotten tired of my Paris themed projects.  I am really drawn to the theme.  My dream is to one day I will visit there! This is a work in progress... The pattern paper from the Perfect Prints Forever in Time  6x6 pad of papers was the right match for this collage sheet image of the Eiffel Tower.  Add the Serenade Tuscan Grey   flowers, I felt the romance of Pairs!!! Perfect Prints Forever in Time Cardstock for card base Acrylic Block Paris Stamp Ink Flowers - Serenade Tuscan Grey Double sided tape Glue Stick Glue   Cut Perfect Prints Forever in Time   paper 5 1/2 x 4 to fit an A2 card base.     Serenade Tuscan Grey flowers are beautiful!     Use the  Paris Stamp on an Acrylic Block , with Memento Espresso Truffle ink  and stamp Paris in the upper right corner of the paper.    Cut images from the collages sheet an distress the edges with the  Memento Espresso Truffle ink .    Adhere the Perfect Prints Forever in Time  paper to the card base. w ith Glue Stick adhere the image to the ...

This week I spent time watching a few USArtQuest videos.  Susan Pickering Rothamel is an amazing artist with so many ideas and wonderful products.  In one video she sandwiched an image between layers of a mica tile.  I decided to give it a try, I am really happy with the results. I used an Altered Pages Collage image of the Eiffel Tower. Supplies: USArtQuest Duo USArtQuest PPA USArtQuest Mica Tiles USArtQuest Mica D'lights USArtQuest Mica Flakes USArtQuest Prills USArtQuest Specialty Paper Split a Mica Tile, adhere collage image with USArtQuest PPA. Use   USArtQuest Duo in a few spots around the image to attach USArtQuest Mica Flakes, and then add a little more USArtQuest Duo to attach USArtQuest Mica Delights. Adhere specialty handmade papers, green paper to cream with USArtQuest PPA , then with USArtQuest Duo to attach USArtQuest Mica Delights and USArtQuest Prills to the papers. ...
