Welcome to Day 11 of the 31 Days of Halloween Who let the Skeletons out of the closet??? Here's what I did.... I started off by painting a piece of with cardstock using Art Anthology's Limeaid Velvet Dimensional paint. I applied the first layer and let it dry then I went back in and added a second layer using a bit more paint so I could leave visible brush strokes in the finished look. I then used a paper punch to make a slimy looking border. Looks so cool ...
