Vintage decor for the New Year

Hello, I hope you enjoyed the Christmas Holiday! Today, I have a sweet little vintage style lady done in tones of purple and green with a touch of paleness in her skin tone to represent the Winter, with the hope of Spring to come. I will also apologize, briefly, for the photo quality as my cell phone is my current camera. I just moved house and can not find the cable to my good one.. Go figure ;o)  Enjoy. Supplies:   Wooden hanger Lace and ribbon Doll head or Prima Arts and Relics Acrylic Paint Metallic rub Rhinestone cup chain Miscellaneous jewelry bits, but you need at least ONE bead cap . Sisters and Friends Wall Hanging

Hello all!  Hope your week is off to a good start.  This month, we are featuring some really fabulous rubber stamps from  Rubber Stamp Depot  and combining them with the awesome products from  Altered Pages . I made this cute 6"x6" wall hanging to use as a display piece or to give as a gift.  Enamorado means "In Love", and when I look at this, I see two loving friends or  sisters, reading books to each other.  Wouldn't this make a wonderful gift to a sister or girl friend.   Cut a piece of black mat board and a piece of  Olé Burrito  paper to 6" x 6" square.  Distress the edges and ink them with the  Leather Mix'd Media ink pad .   Ink  Sister Secrets  rubber stamp with the  Black Stazon Midi ink pad  and stamp directly onto an ATC sized piece of  Eco board . Use peach and pink colored  Gelatos  with a  water brush  to color the girls' skin. ...
