MORE CHINESE NEW YEAR FUN!!

I am still enjoying making things about Chinese New Year.  The year of the Snake is just so cool and the Altered Pages Store has fun things to keep enjoying this fun event.

I made this card to send to a friend for no reason. Just to say HI!!  I used red cardstock and made the card base 6x6.  I took some Vintage Text Paper, tore the edges and applied that to the center of the card.  Next, I used some Asian Joss Paper, wet the gold leaf and used it alone on the sides of the text.  I put the fun circle of Asian text (found at the store)on top of that, and  the graphic in the center and the words below it are from the Year of the Snake collage sheet.

Last, I added a piece of scroll strip to the corners.
